Learned State Counsel, on instructions, made a statement before this Court that during investigation charge-sheet has been submitted against petitioner no.1 (Gauri Shankar Pal), petitioner no.2 (Hari Om) on 09.05.2022, while petitioner nos.3, 4 & 5 (Kamla Pal, Anshu Pal & Seema Pal, respectively) have been exonerated. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided by this Court in the present writ petition. 6 Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
