Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Fakharuddin, learned counsel for the IOC and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel for the IOC, submits that the IOC has agreed to increase the number of Tanker Trucks (TTs) from 316 (originally notified) to 350. [3] At this stage, Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. [4] Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel for the IOC, has no objection. [5] Recording the submissions made at the bar and with the increase in number of TTs from 316 to 350, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
