GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order: The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that at the behest of 5th respondent, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 5th respondent. It is further submitted that O.S.No.205 of 2019 is pending before the Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri, and the respondent 2 Nos.3 and 4 are forcing the petitioners to settle the dispute at the behest of 5th respondent. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the 4th respondent is Station House Officer, who is named as a respondent. 3. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 5th respondent, and peace of the petitioners shall not be disturbed without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed off. No order as to costs.
