Kaushal Chaudhary and others), arising out of case crime No. 145 of 2022, under Sections 308, 352, 323, 427, 447, 452, 504, I.P.C., Police Station Lalganj, District Basti, whereby an application for discharge has been rejected. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
