Counsel for the petitioner submits that the date of impugned order passed by the Appellate Authority is 20.01.2025 which has been typed as 23.01.2025. Counsel submits that due to typographical mistake, the designation of respondent No. 2 is typed as Director, Elementary Education, Rajasthan Bikaner while the correct designation of the respondent No. 2 is Director Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner. Counsel submits that the application may kindly be allowed and the amended title be taken on record. 3. Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. The Designation of respondent No. 2 be read as Director (2 of 2) [WMAP-52/2025] Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner in place of Director Elementary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner simultaneously, the date of impugned order passed by the Appellate Authority be read as 20.01.2025 in place of 23.01.2025. 4.
