2. A perusal of the Court record demonstrates that when this case was initially listed on 04.08.2016, this Court had stayed the proceedings in the main Civil Suit, however, this
order was modified on 08.09.2016 and parties were directed to maintain status quo qua nature, possession and title of the suit land.
3. This Court is of the considered view that as this
order is in force since 08.09.2016 and the Civil Suit pertains to the year 2013, it would be in the interest, in case, these proceedings are closed with the observation that the parties shall maintain status quo qua nature, possession and title of the suit land during the pendency of the Civil Suit.
4. Ordered accordingly. The petition is disposed of in above-said terms. Learned Trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide the Civil Suit as expeditiously as possible. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand
