The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.418 of 2024 by this Court in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.256 of 2020, whereby the petitioner/appellant has been directed to be enlarged on bail on the condition that “one of the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner/appellant”. 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that there is no close relative of the petitioner, who is willing to become a surety for furnishing bail bond as directed by this Court in its order dated 25.10.2024. On account of the aforesaid reason, now the petitioner has been incarcerated for more than a year despite having order granted by this Court on 25.10.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
