Subsequent to filing of the writ petition it is to be noted that the suit between the petitioners and Indian Oil Corporation has been decreed on January 17, 2025 in favour of the petitioners wherein the following order has been passed:- " आददेश ववाददीगण दवारवा प्रस्ततुत ववाद डडिकक्री डकियवा जवातवा हहै। 4. In light of the same, it is clear that the action of the Indian Oil Corporation in removing the petitioners was not in accordance with law and the subsequent appointment of the respondent no.4 being an ad-hoc arrangement is required to be terminated immediately and the petitioners put back into its original position. 5. Accordingly, the respondent Indian Oil Corporation is directed to terminate the relationship with the respondent no.4 and allow the petitioners to operate the retail outlet in accordance with law and the direction of the civil court. Needless to mention that the petroleum supply be resumed to the petitioners in accordance with law immediately. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
