The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to the learned court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 75/12 of 2022 (Arti Singh vs. Dinesh Singh and others) under Sections 354 and 504 IPC, P.S. Sarai Mamrej, District Prayagraj, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. -VI, Allahabad expeditiously. 3. Looking at the nature of prayer, learned AGA raised a preliminary objection that the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable as specific remedy is provided under Section 483 Cr.P.C. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file appropriate application. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Certified copy of the documents shall be returned to learned counsel for the applicant by retaining the photocopy thereof.
