Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents for paymen t of retrial benefits of the petitioner which has illegally been withheld by the respondent No.3 as the petitioner has retired from the post of Assistant Teacher on 30.06.2016. b. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner for payment of retrial benefits of the petitioner which has illegally been withheld by the respondent No.3 as the petitioner has retired from the post of Assistant Teacher on 30.06.2016." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim of the petitioner for post retiral benefits on the post of Assistant Teacher is pending consideration before the respondent no. 3. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that reference of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the claim of the petitioner in respect of post retiral benefits arises out of the representation dated 31.08.2017 pending before respondent no. 3 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
