Present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned first information report dated 24.9.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 707 of 2024, under Sections 64, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Bannadevi, District Aligarh. 2. Sri Rajesh Kumar Roy Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that in the present writ petition charge-sheet has been submitted, which is under challenge in connected 528 B.N.S.S. Application No. 8325 of 2025, therefore, present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 3. Accordingly, interim order, if any, stands vacated. 4. Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 21175 of 2024 stands dismissed as not pressed. 5. It is further pointed out that the connected 528 B.N.S.S. application was directed to be connected with the present writ petition vide order dated 17.3.2025 which, as the present writ petition has been dismissed as not pressed, may be sent back to the court having jurisdiction over the aforesaid application. 6. Office is directed to de-tag 528 B.N.S.S. application with the present writ petition and sent back along with copy of this order before the appropriate Bench in the next cause list as fresh.
