This writ petition has been filed seeking a command to the respondents to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 17.09.2024 addressed to the Chief Minister/ the Consolidation Commissioner/ the District Collector of Farrukhabad to cancel the illegal consolidation operations and commence those operations afresh and allot Chaks, also afresh. It is also prayed that allotment of Chak based on the current consolidation operations in village Ball Patti Rani Gaon Amritpur, Farrukhabad be not finalized by issue of a notification under Section 52 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. This kind of an omnibus and a sweeping prayer by a single resident of a village which has the effect of undoing the entire consolidation operations and directing then to be undertaken afresh, is absolutely misconceived.
