Having regard to the nature of the relief that is being sought in the present petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bandipora to deal with the application of the petitioner seeking implementation of the order dated 08.02.2025 in accordance with law and ensure that the said order is implemented.
