Ashok Kumari), under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Hathras, pending before the Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.3, Hathras. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since the complaint lodged by the opposite party no.2 has already been dismissed by the trial court, in view thereof, nothing survives in the instant case. 4. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the instant application. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
