Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital/live-in life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. By bare perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioners have not moved any representation before the concerned police authorities regarding any threat being given to them by private respondents due to solemnization of marriage and as such, no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition. 4. In view thereof, the present petition stands disposed of. 5. However, it is made clear that the interim order granted earlier to the petitioners is hereby discontinued.
