Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. Earlier, time was granted for providing the instructions, but till date no instructions have been received. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents concerned to provide the possession of Gata No.1885/21 situated at Village Sapahi, Tehsil Sikanderpur, District Ballia which was allotted in the name of petitioner in pursuance to the measurement report dated 19.12.2023 and to implement the endorsement order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 and to dispossess the other chak holders from the allotted land of the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears that the implementation of the measurement report dated 19.12.2023 and the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 have to be implemented. As no useful purposed would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, writ petition is being disposed of requiring the authorities to comply the said order, if there is no legal impediment, strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 8.8.2025 SK Goswami Digitally signed by :- SHIVAKANT GOSWAMI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
