Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing to Tehsildar, Tehsil Rajapur, District Chitrakoot to record the property in question in revenue records and map bearing Gata No. 1274Ka and 1274Kha in pursuance of the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) Chitrakoot in case no. 00598/2018, computer case no. D201807190000598, Ved Prakash Vs. State of U.P., U/s 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period preferably within a period of one month." 3. Instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that against the order dated 22.4.2024 compliance of which is sought by the petitioner, an appeal has been filed by the opposite party on 11.6.2024 and an order of status quo has been passed. 5.
