The matter has been pending for the last almost a year when initially, it was filed on 18.11.2024. 2. A supplementary affidavit which has been filed also speaks of proceedings, which had been undertaken till January, 2025. The present status of the case is not known. 3. Mr. Abhishek Ankur Chaurasia, Learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and may file a fresh application with the current details of proceedings before the Learned court below as he has stated that once the applicant had been arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant and later on, he was released on his depositing some amount towards maintenance. 4. In these circumstances, the prayer sought for is allowed. 5. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the above-mentioned liberty.
