February 2022 to till date alongwith pending Annual Grade Increments, immediately to the petitioner and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated: 31-5- 2023 and 10-12-2023 submitted to the 3rd and 2nd respondents herein, for pending arrears of salary and other allowance pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
