Rejoinder affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent No. 2 to complete the boundary line of petitioners Arazi No. 115 M.A. 0.3650 Hectare situated in village Balipur Pargana Kewai, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad in pursuance of demarcation on report dated 107- 6-2018. ii- Issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the fact and circumstances of the case." 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was passed on 24.09.2019 but the private-respondent nos. 4 to 10 have deliberately removed the pillars and whenever the proceeding under Section 22/23 is undertaken, they create lot of obstruction. 4. Shri Yatindra, Advocate, appears for the private-respondent nos. 4 to 9 and submits that a restoration application was filed in the year 2019, which according to him, is still pending and the judgment has been reserved. 5. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as according to the counsel for the private-respondents, the judgment has been reserved, this writ petition is disposed of requiring the revenue authority to conclude the proceedings of restoration within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. In case, the judgment has already been delivered and the restoration application has been decided, the proceeding for demarcation shall be carried out, expeditiously. 6.
