The present application under Section 419 (4) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is filed challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 20.02.2025 passed by the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar in Criminal Complaint Case No.3515 of 2024, “M.R.R. Traders and Company Vs. Aadil Khan and another” under Sections 406 and 506 of IPC. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the Appellant, the present matter needs deliberation, this Court is satisfied that the Appellant has made out a prima facie case warranting consideration.
