This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Judicial Magistrate,-2, Bareilly, for the expeditious disposal of Case No. 1391 of 2021 (State Vs. Atul Kumar and Others), arising out of Chargesheet dated 03.09.2019 bearing Case Crime No. 0319 of 2019, U/s. 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, Police Station Cantt., District Bareilly. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. At the very outset, it was brought to the notice of this Court that earlier an application under Section 483 No. 370 of 2024 was moved by the present applicant who is the informant of the case and vide order dated 11.03.2024 the said application was disposed of finally by the coordinate Bench of this Court with direction to the learned court concerned to make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. 4. Since an order has already been passed in favour of the applicant, he need not to make payer before this Court again to again at every stage of the matter, if the trial court is not complying with the order dated 11.03.2024, the applicant is at liberty to take appropriate legal steps in this regard. 5.
