This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Chandmari Police Station Case No.214/2018. 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by the Court on 11.04.2025, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has already been recorded. Page No.# 2/2 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has been co-operating with the police investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. 6. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 7. The interim bail granted by this Court on 11.04.2025 in favour of the petitioner is hereby made absolute. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of. The CD shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
