Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, learned counsel for the applicant, appears through V.C. 2. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned AGA for the State. 3. This is the second short term bail application moved by Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, learned counsel for the applicant. 4. The present applicant-Mang Singh alias Mangu S/o Late Gurbachan Singh was granted short term bail for a period two months by order dated 04.06.2025 on the ground that the applicant’s minor daughter is suffering from heart ailment and there is no one to look after her in their family except the old aged mother of the present applicant. 5. The short term bail application is now expiring today. 6. Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant’s daughter is admitted in Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital, Palwal District, Haryana and sought extension of short term bail for further period of three months. 7. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned AGA for the State have not disputed on this and fairly submits that taking into consideration that the applicant’s minor daughter is suffering from heart ailment, the period of short term bail application can be extended. 2025:UHC:7913 8. In view of the submission as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the instant short term bail application is treated as an extension application. 9. Earlier short term bail granted by order dated 04.06.2025 is extended for a period of three months with the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the earlier order dated 04.06.2025.
