The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84 (C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar. On 23.01.2025, Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Amba Nachiniya forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co- accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
