GP FOR ENDOWMENTS (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the representation of the petitioner dt.30.12.2013 by acting upon the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2 2. None appeared for the petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner’s counsel passed away long back. 3. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 4. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it appears that, it is the request of the petitioner to consider the representation dated 30.12.2013 submitted by the petitioner. So far, there are no instructions from the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader also does not have any instructions. 5. In view of the same, this Court deems fit to dispose of the writ petition, directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent- Commissioner of Endowments, if at all, any grievance is still subsisting, and on receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
