We are not inclined to keep this petition pending. All that we would observe is that once the administrative sanction has been granted for construction of various development works, which also include financial sanctions, expeditious steps should be undertaken to p. 3 WP No.37974 of 2025 complete various works of public utility as early as possible. The Collector shall also issue necessary directions for expeditious completion of all the public works. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
