He states that PWD has taken over the building, from the basement to the seventh floor. Medical services and Civil ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) and certain other items, have not been taken over because some issues were found in them. 3. In this regard, PWD shall issue a communication to the petitioner, so that they are fully informed as to these aspects of the matter, both with respect to the take over and with respect to the works which are still to be taken over, by the PWD. 4.
