This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to direct the trial court to decide the Case No.709 of 2004 (State vs. Vashishth and others), under sections 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., P.S. Ghosi, District Mau, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Mau. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the present proceeding charge has been framed against the applicants by order dated 26.09.2006. Since then no witnesses have been examined or produced by the prosecution and more than 19 years have been passed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, trial is directed to decide the aforesaid case of the applicant, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
