The order dated 29.10.2024 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Deoria/respondent No.2 is under challenge in the present petition. By the aforesaid order, the earlier order passed by respondent No.2 by which selection pay scale granted to the petitioner has been cancelled. 3. It is stated in the writ petition that the aforesaid order has been passed by the respondent No.2 in complete violation of principles of natural justice and this fact has not been denied by the respondents in its counter affidavit. 4. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that since the order dated 29.10.2024 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Deoria/respondent No.2 has been passed in complete violation of the principles of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and the order dated 29.10.2024 is hereby set aside. 5. It is made clear that this order will not restrain the respondent No.2 to pass fresh order strictly in accordance with law, if so advice but after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
