The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to conclude the Enquiry against the respondent no.4, as mandated under Rule 8 of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up- Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997, within stipulated period." 2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court instructions dated 10.03.2025 under the signature of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Chitrakoot. Copy of the same has been provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 3. After going through the same, it is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been granted hence no order is required to be passed. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
