Vs. Rashid Hussain), u/s 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Sigra, District Varanasi, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Court No.8, Varanasi as well as to quash the impugned summoning order dated 20.5.2024 summoning the applicant u/s 138 N.I. Act passed in the said complaint case and further to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. However, the trial court is directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
