This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to decide the Session Trial No.2037 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.0025 of 2022 (State vs. Wasim and others), under Sections 324, 325, 307 I.P.C., P.S. Loha Mandi, District Agra, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Court No.21, Agra. 3. Instant application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has filed to expedite the trial as applicant is informant of the case. On perusal of record, it is apparent that charge has been framed and P.W.-1 was examined on 27.09.2024. Thereafter, P.W.-1 is not appearing before trial court and non-bailable warrant has been issued against P.W.-1. There is no reason to expedite the trial of the present case as informant itself is not cooperating with the trial. 4. Hence, the Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
