Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:24341-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 38195 of 2024 Petitioner :- Kanhai Respondent :- State Of Up And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Devbratt Yadav,Ram Pratap Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal,J. 1. There appears to be a private dispute in respect of immovable property between petitioner and private respondents. Remedy of the petitioner in such matter lies elsewhere. Filing of writ petition for the purpose before this Court is not the appropriate remedy, at the first instance. No direction can otherwise be issued to the administrative authorities to intervene in the matter. In the event any injunction has already been granted by the civil court, remedy of the petitioner would be to get it enforced by the execution court. 2. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy before the competent forum, this writ petition is consigned to records. Order Date :- 19.2.2025 Ashok Kr.
