Cr.MP No.1198 of 2025 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for extension of time to comply with order dated 11.09.2024 passed by this Court in Cr.MP No.3764 of 2024, whereby substantive sentence imposed by Court below came to be suspended, subject to the applicant/ petitioner depositing 50% of the compensation amount and furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount within a period of six weeks. Time granted to the applicant/petitioner at first instance vide order dated 11.09.2024 was further enhanced pursuant to the request made by the applicant/petitioner by way of Cr.MP No.540 of 2025. While disposing of aforesaid application, this Court vide order dated 28.02.2025, granted four weeks’ time to the applicant/petitioner to comply with order dated 11.09.2024, but yet same has not been complied with. Though, having taken note of order dated 28.02.2025, there appears to be no justification to grant further time, but by way of indulgence and as a last opportunity, further two weeks’ time, as prayed or, is granted to the applicant/petitioner to comply with order dated 11.09.2024, failing which, interim protection granted to the applicant/petitioner vide aforesaid order shall come to an end and non-applicant- respondent would be at liberty to get the judgment of trial Court executed in accordance with law.
