This Interlocutory Application is filed praying for impleading the victim girl as respondent No.3, in pursuant to the order dated 20.03.2025, passed in Criminal Petition No.344/2025. It is submitted by Mrs. K. Devi, learned counsel for the applicant that inadvertently, the victim was not made a party in the connected Criminal Petition and accordingly, it is submitted that the victim may be impleaded as respondent No.3. Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has raised no objection in this regard. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. The victim girl may be impleaded as respondent No.3 in the connected Criminal Petition. The petitioner shall take necessary steps to amend/modify the cause title of the case.
