This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure- A/1), passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur (C.G.) in M. J. C. No. 321/2020 and may kindly be enhanced the maintenance amount in favour of the petitioner No. 1 and 2, in the interest of justice.” 2. From the report of the learned trial court concerned, which is on record regarding the disposal of M.J.C. No.321/2020, it appears that the final order has already been passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. 3.
