The Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.3113 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 & 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased/ sole appellant namely, Sundaresan in the above Second Appeal and arrayed as Appellants 2 and 3 in the above SA. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners 5. The petitioners have sought to implead themselves as proposed appellants being the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. In support of their claim, they have produced the death certificate and the legal heir certificate of the deceased appellant which substantiates their claim. 6. In such view of the matter, since the claim of the petitioners are supported by material placed by them, I find no impediment if ordering the petition.
