First bail application was rejected by this Court on 13.08.2025. 4. The instant second bail application has been moved on behalf of the Applicant. The Applicant-Krishananand Jha is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.213 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC as well as charge sheet no.02 of 2024 dated 20.05.2025 under Section 34, 420, 467, 468, 120-B of IPC and Section 10/24 of Immigration Act 1983 registered at Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 5. Heard Mrs. Pushpa Joshi, learned Senior counsel for the applicant and Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned AGA for the State of Uttarakhand. 6. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the co-accused Yashpal Chauhan has been granted bail by Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 19.08.2025 in the similar offence, thus on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be enlarged on bail. 7. Learned State counsel has no objection to this. 8. Accordingly, the second bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Krishananand Jha be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
