The petitioner in this Criminal Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has challenged the orders dated 14.07.2014, 21.08.2014 and 16.04.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribag, whereby, Processes under Sections 82 & 83 Cr.P.C. have been issued in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No.81 of 2013 (G.R. No.1265 of 2013).

This Court in W.P.(Criminal) No.220 of 2018 (Nishi Kumari Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Anr.) and analogues cases, has held that any application filed challenging the order passed in any criminal case, is not amenable to writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Thus, this Criminal Writ Petition is not maintainable and stands dismissed as such.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance.
