At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 5366 of 2022. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the withdrawal application is allowed. 6. The application under section 482 Cr.P.C.
