Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s report, the Police registered a case in Crime No.104 of 2019 on the file of Lingala Police Station under the head of accidental fire and basing on the circumstances accustomed at that time, protection was provided and the stock involved in the case is paddy which is no longer is in existence as on the date. Hence, nothing remains for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition, at this length of time. 3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
