Santosh Kumar Sahu) arising out of Case Crime No. 26 of 2024, under Sections 386, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Orai, District- Jalaun, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 27.02.2024 pending in the Court of Special Judge (Dacoity Affected Area), Jalaun at Orai. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that an application to discharge the applicant is pending before the court concerned. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
