The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1-To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Manjhanpur Kaushambi to decide the Suit No. 3273 of 2023 "Computerized No. "T202302420303273" (Shailendra Kumar and others Vs. Ram Khelawan and others) under section 116 U.P. Land Revenue Act 2006, expeditiously within specific period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court." 3. From perusal of the writ petition and annexures annexed thereto, it appears that the aforementioned suit is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Manjhanpur, district-Kaushambi to consider and decide the aforementioned case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
