Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, by order dated 22.08.2023 in W.P.No.22626 of 2023, issued directions to the fourth respondent, not to initiate disciplinary proceedings, not to initiate any strike, not to create any law and order problem, and not to interfere with the day to day affairs of the petitioner Corporation, till the disposal of the charted demand made by them. However, it is alleged that the said order has not been complied with by the respondents, and hence, the present contempt petition has been filed before this Court. 3. No material evidence has been placed before this Court to show that the respondents have acted against the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 22.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.22626 of 2023.
