The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the Preliminary Notification in Form No.6(A) under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act.No.30 of 2013), vide Ref.No.G4/497/2019, dated 05.03.2020, issued by the 2nd respondent, proposing to acquire the lands belonging to the petitioner in Sy.No.5/3 to an extent of Ac.1.16 cents and in Sy.No.6/1 to an extent of Ac.0.94 cents at Mogilikuduru Village, Maidikuduru Mandal, East Godavari District, without following procedure contemplated under Act 30 of 2013. 2. This Court, while ordering notice on 19.03.2020, directed the parties to maintain Status-Quo, and the said order was extended from time to time. On 01.10.2020, the said order was extended until further orders. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed the Written Instructions dated 11.03.2025, furnished by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar. 3 4. On perusal of the said written instructions, it is stated that the subject lands are not required for the purpose for which notification was issued. The said written instructions are placed on record. 5. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is closed.
