Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :- “(i) To issue a writ order, or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to include the post of Chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad Mussoorie in Scheduled Caste Category in the fourth coming election of Nagar Palika Parishad Mussoorie and to consider the objection dated 19.12.2024 filed by the petitioner against the post of Nagar Palika 2025:UHC:451 2 Parishad Mussoorie which is reserved for Other Backward Classes (Women) Quota mentioned in the Tentative Notification of Election of Nagar Palika Parishad in the State of Uttarakhand dated 14.12.2024 issued by the Government of Uttarakhand. (ii) To pass a suitable writ, order or direction in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. (iii) To Award cost of the petition.” 2. Heard Ms. Asmi, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Sadaf, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. D.S. Bohra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2 and Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 & 4. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that the present matter is covered by the Order dated 07.01.2025, passed by this Court in WPMS No.3577 of 2024 and batch. The said writ petitions have been dismissed. 4. This fact has not been disputed by the petitioner. 5.
