By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- “10.1 that, the respondents may kindly be directed to submit the entire records as regards the petitioner’s case. 10.2 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be directed the respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Bastar) to consider and decide the pending Appeal dated 2.9.2024 (Ann.-P/1), at an earliest preferably within a month regarding grievances claimed therein. 10.3 that, the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the pending representation (Ann.-P/2) dated 20.11.2024 of the petitioner at the earliest by deciding the appeal. 10.4 This Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order or issue any suitable writ as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition with a limited prayer that his appeal which has yet not been decided till date may be directed to be decided as the same has been filed way back on 02.09.2024, upon which, learned State counsel submits that the Commissioner will decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from today. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents available with the writ petition. 5. Be that as it may, the respondent No.2 i.e. Commissioner, Bastar Division at Jagdalpur is directed to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of 60 days as the said appeal is pending since 02.09.2024 (Annexure P/1). 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a copy of this order along with a copy of the appeal before the Commissioner, so that his appeal will be decided within a period of 60 days from today. 7.
