The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 27.07.2024 passed by Respondent no.2 in Revision no. 24 of 2018 (computerized No. C 201817000000024) filed under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, (hereinafter referred to as Revenue Code -2006) and the order dated 21.12.2017 passed in Case no. D 2014176500328 under Rule 115 (P) of U.P.Z.A. Rules by the Respondent no.3 before this Hon'ble Court (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition)." 2. An application for cancellation of Patta under Rule 115(P) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Rules was filed by the petitioner which has been dismissed by the first court with a finding that the respondent no.6 has been allotted Avasi patta in accordance with law and he is in possession over the land in dispute. The revision filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. 3. In view of the concurrent finding, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. 4.
