She claims to have raised a claim for payment of compensation in terms of the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana vide representation dated 10.03.2023 before the competent authority. Grievance is that despite expiry of sufficient time authority concerned has not taken any decision, so far. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in the event petitioner's claim has not been considered, the same shall be considered by the competent authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction upon respondent no.2 to examine claim of the petitioner, noticed above, and pass an appropriate reasoned speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
